Orders & Payments

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Log into your account, go to My Orders, select the order, and click Request Return. Follow the instructions to print your return label and drop off the package.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund is issued to your original payment method.

Yes, you can request an exchange instead of a refund during the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
